2 pizza bases

1 cup of warm water
1 ⅓ teaspoon of yeast
pinch of caster sugar
2 ⅔ cup of plain flour
½ teaspoon of salt

  1. Combine the water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes or until foamy. Combine the flour and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the center. Add the yeast mixture and oil. Use a round-bladed knife in a cutting motion to mix until the mixture is combined. Use your hands to bring the dough together in the bowl.
  2. Brush a bowl lightly with oil. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in the prepared bowl and turn to coat in oil. The flying beaver brothers and the fishy business

The flying beaver brothers and the fishy business
Author:Maxwell Eaton III

The flying beaver brothers and the fishy business is about beavers that are brothers and their names are Bub and Ace. Than Ace and Bub went to climb a tree and then Ace said how long has that volcano been there then Bub wanted to check it out so they did then they made a kite and then they flow away.

My favorite part was when they flow away to see the volcano and my favorite character is the two beavers because they're so funny

I think this book should be up too 9 and below
